I’m here to inspire and support you in achieving a healthier, more vibrant life. By focusing on nutrition, exercise, and mental wellness, my goal is to help you feel your best, inside and out. Through a whole-food, plant-based approach, you can lower your risk of chronic diseases and enjoy life to the fullest. I believe in introducing foods that are nourishing, colorful, and, most importantly, delicious! These kinds of foods give you the energy and confidence to thrive, while supporting a healthy body composition and overall well-being. It's not about quick fixes or dieting, but about creating a sustainable lifestyle that fits you. I help my clients avoid restrictive mindsets and find patterns of eating that make sense for them long-term, while boosting their health along the way.

Regarding exercise, I can’t stress enough how vital it is to make movement a daily priority. I work with clients to start with 8,000 steps per day, building up to 10,000-12,000 steps over time. We also mix in resistance and cardio training several times a week. Exercise isn’t just about fitness—it’s about improving your mood, brain function, and your overall quality of life. The key is to find what you enjoy, as that’s what makes it sustainable. Exercise should be something you look forward to. It’s also important to remember that rest and recovery are just as crucial as the work. Health comes from balance—when we focus too much on one area, we lose sight of the bigger picture. Lastly, mental health is just as important. I encourage stress management techniques like deep breathing, yoga, and gratitude journaling. Life’s stresses won’t disappear, but carving out time to disconnect and check in with yourself helps you regain control and tackle challenges more effectively. It’s also crucial to surround yourself with a supportive community and celebrate your wins, big or small. It’s been proven that those with strong social ties and a sense of purpose tend to live longer, happier lives.
