In that time, I lost 30 pounds, gained more energy, improved my sleep, and became stronger—both physically and mentally. This transformation sparked a deep curiosity in me about health and wellness, and I became obsessed with learning everything I could. In 2023, I took the leap into health coaching and became certified through MindBodyGreen.
